2022 Recap & 2023 Subscription Changes

First off, I hope you had a great holiday season and were able to take some time to get offline and spend time with family/friends; I certainly did. I also wanted to thank you for tuning in last year, and hopefully, I made you a few bucks along the way.

After following UFC for 15 years, I started giving out analyses and picks via my podcast (The Daily Sports Bet) in June of 2021, switching over to Substack in 2022.

Over those 13 months, only four were losers, as I closed out 2022 going +44.61 units in the time since, and picking at just under 60% accuracy. Just to recap, a $100 bettor on every one of my picks made $4,461 over that span. All of those plays I’ve tracked here.

Those picks came not just with the analyses noted in each write-up, but with hours of scraping data, tweaking my modeling, and digging deep for the value each and every week. Things have continued to grow every month since June of 2021, and I’m ready to take this thing to the next level for those willing to join the journey

As always, I’ll keep things short and to the point on the subscription changes for 2023.

Free Subscribers

Things will remain the same for all non-PPV cards as they always have been, which include:

• Picks & analysis on select fights

• Access to pick history

Paid Subscribers

There will be two options; $10 / month or $100 / year (rolling 12 months). For that month/year, you will receive:

• Free subscriber benefits

• Access/receiving of email one day earlier than free subscribers

• Access to the article archive

• Picks & analysis on select fights for PPV cards

• Picks with a confidence level for every fight, every card

• My modeled odds for every fight, every card

• Dashboards for every fight, every card (example below)

• Ability to comment on posts

• Access to Substack chat features for all PPV events

Between the written analysis and proprietary dashboards that pull data directly from the UFC stats and metrics feeds, I stand behind this being a bargain. And I’ll even take it one step further.
